Navinderan Subramaniam
Navinderan Subramaniam is a barrister of Inns of Court, Lincoln's Inn. He was called to English Bar in 2006 after completing his LLB with Honours from Northumbria University, Newcastle England. He also completed his Masters in Law (LLM) from the same university subsequently. He holds another law degree from the University of Wolverhampton (distance learning), obtained in 1996. He has also obtained his Professional Diploma in International Arbitration (MIArb) in 2019. Navinderan is a litigator with broad practice and experience. He has provided Corporate advisory services to Corporate Institutions across Malaysia including advice pertaining to commercial transactions, Companies Debt and restructuring. He frequently appears in High Courts and appellate courts as Counsel. He is also a life member of the Medico-legal Society of Malaysia.
