Mohd Roshan bin Noor Hadi Prebagaran graduated from the University of London in 2012. Roshan then obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice / Sijil Amalan Guaman in November 2013. He completed his pupilage at Messrs K. Francis & Varghese in 2014 and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the same year.
Upon his admission, he commenced practice at Messrs Saranjit Singh in January 2015, where he remained in active legal practice until September 2023. He later joined Messrs Preakas & Partners in November 2023 as a Legal Associate and is presently a Partner of the firm.
