Sivaranjeni Tamilchelvan

Sivaranjeni Tamilchelvan obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA). She subsequently joined Messrs Preakas & Partners to complete her Pupillage under the tutelage of Mr. Navinderan Subramaniam and was later retained as an Associate of the firm.

Since her admission to the Malaysian Bar, Sivaranjeni has gained experience in both criminal and civil litigation. She has assisted in matters across various levels of the Malaysian courts and has been involved in the drafting of a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, cause papers, and other litigation-related documents.

In addition to her litigation practice, she is also involved in corporate and commercial matters, including the review and perfection of agreements and other transactional documents.
